PROGRAM OUTLINE

  • Teams will practice 2-3 times per week at Canada Games - Sports for Life Centre OR Dakota Sportsplex
  • Depending on age group, teams will enter 3-7 tournaments, Provincials and Nationals (out of town tournaments may require additional costs & fees)
  • Teams will have sport-specific sports science sessions which includes: 
    • Performance training (2 times per week)
    • Team building (75 minute session)
    • Volleyball sport-specific science testing and reports
    • Nutrition seminars and activities
    • Mental skills seminars
    • 2 times per week, maintenance strength & conditioning program available through team app (post club season), year-round online team builder access
